CINCINNATI FAMILY TO BE FEATURED ON HG TV REALITY SHOW

“House Hunters International” visits the Republic of Panama

On July 29, 2009 the Godar Family from Cincinnati, Joe, Shannon and children Tayler age 15 and Sutton age 11, will visit the Republic of Panama in search of a new vacation home. The reality show “House Hunters International” from HG TV will go along with them to document the process of buying a new vacation home in a foreign country.

The Godar’s live in Cleves Ohio, a suburb of Cincinnati, located on the west side of Cincinnati. Joe Godar is involved with vacation rentals and is interested in purchasing ocean front property on this trip.

The HG TV Show “House Hunters International” features families that look for properties in foreign locations. They follow the family around as they preview homes and make the purchase decision; all while being filmed in this reality based TV show format.

The end of the show features the family after they have moved in and are enjoying the new residence. When asked, why Panama, Joe Godar responded,” We have properties in Destin Florida and we love it there. But we wanted to look for a new place that was more of a ground floor opportunity, ocean front and did not have hurricanes! Panama has all of that.”

Part of the show format is also a visit to film the Godar family at their residence in Cincinnati, Ohio. They film the family at home and the family talks about reasons why they want to make a purchase in a foreign location. This filming at the Godar residence will take place in the next month or so.
